The administrative office is open 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday and Sunday, except holidays. Should you or a family member be interested in selecting our medical group to provide primary care services in a long-term care setting, please call the administrative office at (520) 615-6200 to confirm provider availability at your requested location. TLC HealthCare™ Companies accepts most forms of insurance. For your convenience, the new patient enrollment packet is available by clicking here.

In case of an after hours concern, call the office and our answering service will immediately contact the medical professional from our team that is providing coverage for that day.
