Nurse Practitioner – TLC TUCSON LONG-TERM CARE MEDICAL GROUP

This nurse practitioner will deliver primary care to patients residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Adult Care Homes (ACH), Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), and personal residences. Subacute/post-hospital (higher acuity) rounds may be required. The candidate should feel comfortable managing primary care issues, working independently, and driving in Tucson and its neighboring communities. Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (A/GNP) certification preferred, yet not required. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
