Physician - TLC PAIN & PALLIATIVE MEDICINE PRACTICE
This physician will be part of a team of clinical providers delivering pain and symptom management and end-of-life care. The ideal candidate will have prior practice experience in a hospice and/or palliative medicine program. The physician should be comfortable providing care in various settings including hospice inpatient units, acute care hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), and personal residences. Board certification in Internal Medicine and/or Hospice and Palliative Care is preferred. Competitive reimbursement structure and a complete benefits package are available.
