Physician – TLC TUCSON LONG-TERM CARE MEDICAL GROUP
This physician will provide care in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). The physician will be caring for both subacute (post-hospital) patients and long-term care residents at the SNF. Full and part-time opportunities are available. Board certification is preferred. The Additional Certification in Geriatrics is preferred. The physician must be comfortable working independently and in collaboration with nurse practitioners. TLC’s practice model involves a “share of overhead” structure. Incoming physicians step into a well-run and established clinical practice where overhead and income incentives are aligned with the physician’s goals.
