Scott Bolhack, MD, CMD, CWS, MBA, FAAP, FACP, has been in practice in Tucson since 1992. He is board certified in internal medicine, hospice and palliative care, and pediatrics. He recently became wound care certified and is the primary provider at The Wound Care Center at Northwest Hospital.

Dr. Bolhack speaks nationally on the subject of rehabilitation in nursing homes and has gained extensive experience in the area of geriatrics. Dr. Bolhack has additional experience as a medical director for nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospice, and now at the Wound Care Center at Northwest Hospital.

Carin Robinson, BA - Finance/HR Manager

Carin Robinson joined TLC in October 2008. She comes from the Accounting department of a nation-wide homebuilding company. Previously, and for nearly ten years, Carin held the positions of Retail Buyer, Accounting Specialist, and Purchasing Agent at one of Tucson’s premier resorts, where she was awarded the 2002 Employee of the Year. She has a wide-range of experience in management, inventory control, budgeting, and accounting and is responsible for all financial functions for TLC HealthCare™ Companies. Carin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona in May 1986.

Shirley Grant, LPN

Shirley comes to TLC with 35 years of nursing experience. She has worked in a variety of health care settings, including long-term care, both as the Assistant Director of Nursing and as an assitant to the MDS Coordinator. She is the Administrative and Research Assistant for TLC Healthcare™ Quality Improvement Organization, Inc. Shirley has a special interest in comprehensive assessment issues and for improving the quality of care for the frail elderly in our skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities.

Barbara Viggiano, RN, WCC

Barbara Viggiano has been caring for the elderly in skilled nursing facilities since 1992 and joined the TLC QIO team in 2004. She brings with her a wide range of interests, including wound care, regulatory issues, quality assurance, infection control, MDS Coordination, and over 5 years experience as a nursing home Assistant Director of Nursing, where Case Management is so critical. Her experience and background have enhanced her role as a nurse consultant, and she is credentialed in wound care, providing training sessions to our community associates.

Elaine Martinez
Reimbursement Specialist

Elaine joined TLC in April 2008 and is responsible for the billing department. Previously, she helped establish a family practice office in California and managed the practice for 10 years. During her tenure, the practice grew to multiple physicians, nurse practitioners, LVN’s and support staff. Her experience also includes medical transcription and extensive billing knowledge.
