The TLC HealthCare™ Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) focuses on quality improvement in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. The TLC QIO provides services to clients across the United States. Services provided include, but are not limited to: consulting, data measurement tools (falls, restraints, wounds, etc.), comparative statistical data, and state/federal survey preparation. Other services are available and programs are tailored to the individualized needs of each facility.
