A poster is a visual presentation of the results of research or case studies, and if determined to be of interest to the health care professionals, it is accepted for presentation. A poster will provide a narrative summary of the project, an introduction, a description of the research methods used and the outcomes of the research. Many national professional health care organizations display posters as part of their annual educational conferences or symposiums. TLC posters have been accepted for presentation at conferences such as the American Medical Director Association (AMDA) and the Symposium on Advanced Wound Care (SAWC).
